Shop/wine critic/winery review - None

My Review - This is the first oaked wine I have tried.  The color of this was a clear yellow that may have been a little darker than most chardonnays due to the oak flavorings.  The aroma was a strong vanilla scent which is always good to me, since I feel like vanilla flavoring greatly enhances the profile of the wine.  I also picked up on a toasted almond and pear scent.  The palate was medium/light bodied, light vanilla, and had low acidity.  This wine was not as good tasting as I was hoping for, but it was definitely worth the price.

Food- none
